How is this training different from FieldRoutes' training?TrainingSOS provides a hands-on experience focused on YOUR needs. We provide general FieldRoutes training for new FieldRoutes customers, specialized training for office staff, administrators and technicians, and include continued support after the training is completed.

Will I be an expert on FieldRoutes after the training?Our goal is to train you on the daily operations performed within FieldRoutes. TrainingSOS focuses on YOUR needs and caters our training to each role within your organization. For example, office administrators/managers will become experts on administrative tasks such as routing, batch billing, running reports, all customer card capabilities, etc. Customer Service reps will become experts in handling interactions with customers and navigating the customer card. Technicians will become experts in using the technician app, navigating their route, adding notes to the customer's account, etc.
